The app collects no data. Nothing you do in it is sent to the developer or anyone else.
What the app stores
- Your presets, session history, and settings are stored only on your iPhone.
- They are part of your normal device backups (iCloud or computer), like any app’s data.
- The developer cannot see them.
Network
- The app makes no network connections.
- It has no accounts, ads, analytics, crash reporting, or tracking.
Apple Health
- Apple Health is optional. When it is on, the app writes each saved session to Health as Mindful Minutes.
- The app never reads your Health data.
- Deleting a session in the app also removes its Mindful Minutes entry.
- You can turn off access at any time in the Health app: tap your profile picture → Apps → ROYL Timer.
Exporting your history
- Export history creates a CSV file only when you ask for it.
- The file goes only where you send it from the share sheet.
Deleting your data
- Delete single sessions in History.
- Deleting the app removes everything it stored on your iPhone. Mindful Minutes already in Health stay there until you delete them in the Health app.
Children
The app collects no data from anyone, including children.
Changes
A changed policy ships with an app update and is posted at the same web address.
